Warranty Policy

2-year warranty coverage

  • Valid only for manufacturing or workmanship defects.
  • Applies to BằNG products purchased directly from our official channels.
  • Excludes damage from aging, light exposure, normal wear and tear, external factors (sharp objects, moisture, sunlight), modifications, improper maintenance, force majeure events, and non-recommended uses.

BằNG’s warranty does not cover

  • Little glass bubbles in opal glass handblown shades. Our tolerances with our glass partner are, maximum 5 bubbles, smaller than 3mm diameter.
  • Changes in surface finish due to aging or exposure to light
  • Natural variations of powder coating and/or other coatings Normal wear and tear, including, but not limited to, everyday wear and tear of surfaces
  • Powder coats and lacquers damage if caused by intended use or wear and tear
  • Damage from external factors, such as any of the following:
    • Sharp objects or imprinting from writing instruments
    • Prolonged exposure to moisture or direct sunlight
    • Modifications, alterations, tampering, or improper maintenance or repairs
    • Force majeure, including but not limited to fire, lightning, flood, tornado, earthquake, or hurricane
    • Any actions or uses performed outside of those recommended or specified on our site, including our FAQs

Please note: All BằNG products are intended for indoor use unless otherwise specified

Eligibility requirements

  • Must be the original purchaser with valid proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation or screenshot of successful payment).
  • Purchased directly from our official channels.
  • Warranty request must be submitted within 2 years of delivery.
  • Products must be installed and used as per our specifications and intended use.

Limited remedy

Our obligation is to either repair the defect, exchange the product, or reimburse the purchase price adjusted for wear and tear. Remedies are exclusive and the warranty does not extend beyond 2 years from the purchase date.

How to utilise warranty

  • Submit a Claim within 2 years of delivery and within 2 weeks of discovering the fault. 
  • Our Claim form will ask for order details, a description of the issue, along with photos of videos showing the issue.
  • We will get back to you within 4 working days. All claims are subject to our inspection, and we may request additional pictures or videos.

What happens after 2 years?

We offer lifetime support at a cost to maintain high standards and provide necessary parts and services. If a component of your lighting product needs replacement, we can ship the parts directly to you. Notify us at info@bangoibanga.com and we will provide options and costs.
